They cannot be used at any third-party merchants or affiliates. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. They are also non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or exchanged. Expiration Gift cards never expire unless stated otherwise on the card or as required by law. Any promotional gift cards may have an expiration date. Lost or Stolen Cards Opulent Beauty and Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your card like cash. Appointment Booking Use of the gift card does not guarantee appointment availability. Please book in advance to ensure preferred times and services. Partial Redemption If the purchase exceeds the card’s value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If less than the full value is used, the remaining balance will stay on the card. Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud or violations of these terms.
